Clients who select the in-store pickup option from the checkout menu will be directed to provide their payment and contact information. Payment will be processed immediately.
Casa Suarez will contact the client within 1-3 business days of initial purchase to schedule pickup based upon availability of the item and shipping times.
For items that are in-stock, clients have 10 business days after initial purchase to collect their items. After this period, a fee of 1% of the total value of the purchased items, will be applied for each additional week that Casa Suarez holds the items. This fee must be paid before the goods can be released to the client.
For items that are not in stock in the Casa Suarez warehouse, Casa Suarez will assess approximate shipping times and work with the client to establish the pickup date. Customers will have 10 business days after Casa Suarez has received their item in the warehouse to collect their purchase. This fee must be paid before the goods can be released to the client.
For all purchases that are to be picked up in store, the client, or representative collecting the items must provide a copy of the invoice in order for the goods to be released.
Please note that our showroom staff are not expected to transport any deliveries, and should you elect to pick up your order in store, you will be expected to bring your order to your vehicle.

Subject to these Terms, we will supply the Products shown on your order confirmation. When an order is placed, it will be delivered to the address designated by You as long as that delivery address is compliant with the delivery restrictions contained on this Website. Upon Your order being ready for delivery, Casa Suarez may email you a tracking number. We will use our reasonable endeavours to meet our stated timeframes for delivery. However, many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met. We reserve the right to amend our stated timeframes without notice to You.
In purchasing a Product you agree to accept delivery of the Product. If you are not able to accept delivery you must advise Casa Suarez before a delivery is attempted.
Any and all failed delivery attempts made by a courier on our 4-hour delivery schedule will be charged to the purchaser at full price. We will make reasonable attempts to contact You before delivery to ensure You are able to accept the Product.
