Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Delivery time depends on where you are and which carrier you choose to organize your delivery with. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
All deliveries will be made to your apartment door if your building has an elevator. If your building does not have an elevator, our drivers will gladly deliver up to three flights of stairs.
If you choose shipping as a delivery option, you will receive a notification to your email or phone number provided upon purchase about your item being shipped. All local deliveries will receive an email and/or phone call from a Casa Suarez representative to schedule a delivery time.
If you select shipping as your method of delivery, please review drop off policies with your selected courier. For local deliveries, please speak to a Casa Suarez representative if you want us to leave your package unattended.
If you have selected shipping with a courier as a delivery method, please review the courier's policy. For local deliveries, please notify us about your preferred time for delivery and we will try to accommodate a delivery according to your availability.
Returns & Refunds
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please review our return policy for more details.
Our team will have to inspect the product prior to issuing a refund. If you change your mind about an item, you will be asked to pay a 20% restocking fee as well as handle delivery costs.
Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.
Any returned products are either recycled, or donated to those in need through our charity partners.
Billing & Payments
We accept Mastercard, VISA, Amex, PayPal and PayBright as payment methods. We operate online, so unfortunately we cannot accept cash.
Yes you can finance furniture with Casa Suarez! Our buy now, pay later program with PayBright offers 0% interest for Casa Suarez customers when repayments are made on time. Simply select PayBright during checkout to apply. Check out our finance furniture page for more information!
PayBright payment plans allow you to break down the cost of a purchase into a series of biweekly or monthly instalments.

No, unfortunately Casa Suarez Product Warranty is provided to the original buyer only and isn't transferable.
Casa Suarez warranty is valid for 6 months on chairs, and 12 months on all other furniture pieces. It covers the repair or replacement of defective pieces. This warranty is only applicable for regular use of furniture, and will not apply to cases of misuse, alteration, improper care, normal wear and tear, corrosion, water, fire, or other acts of nature, including, but not limited to, earthquakes, and tornados.
